With Weight Wizard's intuitive graphs and charts, you can tell at-a-glance if your diet and exercises are effective. You don't have to be an expert in nutrition or rely on a counselor to know if you are staying on track. Weight Wizard makes things easy, by taking all of the guesswork out of tracking your nutrition and weight loss progress.

The Graphs and Charts section gives you important information about your nutrition and weight loss progress in an easy to understand graphical format. Simply keep track of your foods, weight and measurements in the Journal and Weight Wizard will generate the graphs automatically.

The Weight and BMI Graphs


The Weight and BMI Graph
The Weight and BMI graphs show your weight loss progress in an easy-to-understand graphical format. Any weighings that are recorded in your Journal will show up in these graphs. The weight graph shows your starting weight, goal weight and projected weight to help guide you while you're on your diet.

The BMI graph shows your Body Mass Index, which allows you to see if you are in a healthy weight range.

The Measurements Graph


The Measurements Graph
The Measurements Graph shows a graph of your measurement loss for your entire body or by different body parts, such as chest, waist, hips, bicep, forearm, thigh and calf. Measurements are completely optional in Weight Wizard, but it provides detailed graphs if you want to take them.

Nutrition Graphs


The Nutrition Graphs
There are three nutrition graphs that show important information about your eating habits.

The Calories graph shows how many calories you are consuming from fat, carbohydrates and protein as well as your total calories for the day. This allows you to see if you are staying within your calorie budget and where the calories are coming from.

The Gram graph shows how many grams of fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, fiber and protein you are consuming.

The Monthly Average graph shows the average amount of calories that you have consumed per day as well as the nutrition ratio of fat, carbs and protein.
