The Calendar
The Calendar layout in Weight Wizard gives you an overview of your weight loss progress for the entire month. Each day of the Calendar shows your calorie budget, the amount of calories that you have consumed, calories burned from exercises and your net calories for the day. This gives you a snap-shot of the day and allows you to see if you are staying on track. It also shows you a reminder if you have a weighing or measurements scheduled for the day.

The weekly totals section shows you at-a-glance if you have stayed on target for the week. By giving you all of the vital information that you need in a user-friendly format, Weight Wizard takes all of the guesswork out of staying on your diet.
