The Journal is the most important section of Weight Wizard. It's where you keep track of your food intake, exercise, weights, measurements and any notes for the day. This section is divided into 4 sections: Foods/Meals, Exercises, Weights & Measurement and Notes. Weight Wizard takes all of the guess work out of dieting. The Weight Wizard software allows you to easily keep track of your eating habits, so you will know if you are staying on track with your weight loss goals.

The Food Journal


The Food Journal helps you keep track of your food intake and nutrition.
The Food Journal is where you keep track of the foods that you have eaten throughout the day. Foods can be entered individually from the food database or through the Today's Plan window. With its intuitive design, Weight Wizard makes keeping track of your food intake a snap.

Weight Wizard helps teach you to eat healthy while using it. You can get detailed information on any food item with one click of the mouse. The intuitive graphs show you at-a-glance which foods are healthy and which ones you should try to avoid.

The Exercise Journal


The Exercise Journal helps you keep track of the exercises that you have performed throughout the day
Whether your exercise consists of intense workouts or simply doing light house work, Weight Wizard can help you keep track of how many calories you are burning.

The Exercise Journal is where you keep a log of any exercises or activities that you have performed throughout the day. Weight Wizard provides a huge database of all the most common exercises. You can also easily add your own custom exercises to the database. When you add an exercise to the Journal, Weight Wizard automatically adjusts the calories burned based on your current weight.

Weight and Measurements Journal


The Weight & Measurements Journal helps you keep track of your weight loss progress
The Weight & Measurements Journal is where you keep a running log of your weight and measurements in Weight Wizard. The Weight Journal allows you to easily see how much total weight you have lost and how much you have lost since your last weighing. Clicking on the Weights button gives you a detailed graph of your weight loss progress.

The Measurements Journal allows you take detailed measurements of your body and track your reduction in either inches or centimeters. Clicking on the Measurements button gives you a detailed graph of your measurements.

The Notes Journal


The Notes Journal allows you to keep track of any notes for the day
The Notes Journal simply gives you a way of keeping track of any notes for the day. It's a good place to keep track of any reminders or anything that contributes to your weight loss progress.
