The Food Planner


The Exercise Journal helps you keep track of the exercises that you have performed throughout the day
The Food/Meals Planner allows you to plan out what you want to eat for the next day or even for an entire week. Any foods added to the Planner will show up in the Today's Plan window in the Food Journal, where they can be easily added to the Journal.

With just a few clicks of the mouse you can save and reuse any meals that you eat frequently. This can be a huge time saver when planning your meals. The Meal Plan window, in the Planner, not only allows you to plan your day quickly, it also show you the calories and nutrition in each meal.

The Exercise Planner


The Exercise Planner
The Exercise Planner allows you to easily plan your exercises in advance. Any exercises added in the Exercise Planner will show up in the Today's Plan window of the Exercise Journal. The Exercise Planner can help you balance your meals with your daily exercises and activities.

The Notes Planner simply gives you a way of keeping track of any notes for the day. It's a good place to keep track of any reminders or anything that contributes to your weight loss progress.
